Before You Go

Passports

For a holiday abroad you will need a full 10 year Passport with a minimum of 6 months validity to all countries of the world. Make sure that it is valid for the duration of your holiday and for the country you are visiting. You need it for exchanging travellers cheques and currency.  Please ensure that the names on the passports must match the names outlined on travel documents and tickets. It is the responsibility of all passengers to ensure that they comply with all the immigration requirements for the country to be visited. We can accept no liability for clients who have insufficient or incorrect documentation. All the above applies to British passport holders. Other nationalities must check with the relevant consulates in the UK.

Visas

Some countries also require travellers to have Visas and, unless stated to the contrary under the resort information, it is the responsibility of the clients to ensure that they obtain these in good time before their date of travel. Nationals from countries outside the UK, please refer to the relevant embassy for more information and requirements.

Insurance

You are required to have the necessary travel insurance to book a holiday with us. We can accept your own independently source insurance as long as it will cover you for diving to the depth you have booked through us. If you do not have an insurance policy that covers diving we have comprehensive general travel policies available that will cover you to 30m. We also have a policy insured through International Insurance Company of Hannover Limited (IICH). that will cover diving to 40m. Please call for details.

Please insure that you take your insurance confirmation or certificate with you when travelling. You may be refused access to diving if you do not provide evidence of current insurance at the dive centre. If you are taking part in any other sport please ensure this is also outlined and covered in your policy.
