Dahab Dive Centre - ,
This Dahab dive centre, based at the Dahab Resort hotel offers daily boat and shore diving plus full range of PADI courses. A PADI 5* IDC and TDI training facility and National Geographic centre. Flexible packages plus night, TEC and exurcursions to Ras Abu Galum (Camel Safari) and Thistlegorm available by arrangement.
The centre is a German owned diving center is registered as a PADI 5* IDC and TDI Training Facility and National Geographic Center. In September 2006 Sinai Divers Dahab has been awarded the rating of PADI Career Development Center. The PADI IDC is the highest PADI Dive Training Center rating with professional multi-lingual instructors.
Location
Based at the Dahab Resort Hotel located on the beach at Baby Bay, just 1 hour 15 minutes drive from Sharm el Shiek airport.
Facilities
The reception is based in the Hilton with two air-conditioned classrooms plus filling station, workshop, showers/WC, rinsing pools and lockers for the guest equipment. Purpose build IDC facilities are located at the center.
Diving
The diving is a combination of shore and boat diving mostly accessible by jeep sometimes by camel! Full day excursions by jeep including the Canyon gorge dive, plus 50m world famous Blue Hole, also popular with free divers. Other day dive excursions include southern dive sites such as "Ghazala VI", a comfortable dive boat. At 8.00 am you leave to explore the pristine dive sites off Dahab`s south coast, such as Shaab Said, El Shugorat or the beautiful lagoon of Gabr el Bint which you cannot reach by jeep anymore. Also available are night dives, fluorescent night dives, Bio Guiding fish courses, Ras Mohammed, the Straits of Tiran and the wreck of the Thistlegorm on request in advance.

PLEASE NOTE
Red Sea diving packages - A government tax fee of minimum 3.00 Euro, per diver per diving day and per snorkel per day on board of a boat, is payable locally on arrival before diving/snorkelling can commence. All rental equipment must be booked and confirmed in advanced with additional payment to your diving package. Please bring your passport along with you for Red Sea boat diving to present to the Captain of the dive boat, as per local Government regulations. Lunch on day boat dives is not included and payable locally. The above fees can change without notice and will be confirmed at the dive centre on arrival.
