Student go at their own pace and will learn the basics covering use of the equipment, safety signals and first manoeuvres with the reassurance of a personal instructor at your side.
Discover Scuba Diving Course
1 day (in open water) from £50
This is the ideal way for children to complete the initial stages of an Open Water PADI course but without committing to the full programme. The course covers the same content as the initial part of the Open Water course – theory, safety, kit and first dives in the pool. Groups are small and overseen by the PADI instructor. Minimum age 10 years.
For those who are confident to progress a gentle shore dive may be an option. Should they wish to continue to the full Open Water course this can count towards the Open Water certification. Courses vary by centre depending on conditions and type of diving available.
PADI Open Water Course
5 days from £175

The PADI Open Water course has been designed to teach you to be a safe and competent diver and is divided into three parts, classroom theory work, confined water and four open water dives. Once you have completed the course you will have the skills required to dive safely. Advanced and speciality course are available should you wish to develop your skills. More>
