Location
Locates in Larnaca Bay on the south west coast of Cyprus the Lordos Beach Hotel is approximately a 20 minute drive from the airport. Set in eastern Mediterranean the hotel looks out onto the clear blue waters and one of the Islands famous dive sites, the Zenobia Wreck. This is the perfect location for diving as the dive centre is just a short walk from the hotel.
Accommodation
The wide range of rooms makes the hotel perfect for groups of any size. All 175 rooms have en-suites, a TV, hairdryer, safe deposit box and AC, with other amenities such as Wi-Fi and mini bar available at an extra charge. The Standard rooms, Sea & Garden view rooms and Superior sea view rooms comprise of double/twin beds and accommodate up to 3 persons. The Family rooms are ideal for families with young children (up to 12 yrs) with a double bed and two bunk beds in the 23m2 room. The Mini suites accommodate a maximum of 4 persons, and comprise of; a double bed, two twin beds, private decked garden with sun loungers, table and chairs, living area and Jacuzzi. The Grand suites accommodate up to 3 persons, with a living area, separate double bedroom leading out onto the private balcony garden and Jacuzzi.
Facilities and Services
There are two dining facilities available in the hotel. The Atlantis restaurant is open during the day serving breakfast, lunch and snacks. Breakfast is served in a buffet style with plenty of options from a continental or full English to a selection of cereals and fresh fruit. Enjoy a light lunch of salad, pasta, or grilled food, also available is a newly introduced ‘healthy menu’ which contains a wide variety of vegetarian dishes. Overlooking the stunning Larnaca Bay is the Oceanis Restaurant which provides the formal evening dining for all guests with a selection of a la carte and themed buffet menus. Both menus serve local Cypriot dishes and International cuisine.
Swim all year round with an indoor and outdoor pool at the hotel, or head down to the beach to try out some watersports including, scuba diving, windsurfing, canoes and pedaloes. Work out in the pool or in the gym at the fitness centre and aquaerobics classes, or play a game of tennis at the floodlit tennis court. After a long day of activities or lounging in the sun, relax in the spa with a sauna or professional massage. If you want to explore the region during the day there are a number of hiking and cycling routes that can be accessed by car or from the beach. The area has a rich history, with historical sites and museums nearby allowing you to easily immerse yourself in the local culture.
