ATOL Protection
Sportif Dive are a fully bonded ATOL Tour operator and therefore we have a duty of care and financial security in place to protect your booking and monies paid to us. Many companies selling holidays do not have this level of bonding and if you book elements of your holiday separately you will not be protected in the event of a company or airline collapses.
ATOL Certificate
All the flights and flight-inclusive holidays on this website are financially protected by the ATOL scheme. When you pay you will be supplied with an ATOL Certificate. Please ask for it and check to ensure that everything you booked (flights, hotels and other services) is listed on it. ATOL is a licensing scheme for travel companies which is operated by the UK's Civil Aviation Authority.

ATOL regularly carries out financial checks on the travel companies it licenses every year.
If you book a complete holiday with a FULLY BONDED ATOL travel company, like
Sportif Dive, you will be protected. Some companies only provide a part protection ie you will be refunded if they go out of business but do not have the same obligations as an ATOL licensed travel company. An ATOL licensed company is responsible for each component of your holiday. If there is a problem with one of them, before you go or when you're away, they must sort it out and provide you with help and assistance. Be sure to check the cover you have. Always ask for an ATOL CERTIFICATE to prove you are protected.
Beware....
If you build your own holiday and book direct with an airline or hotel you won't be fully protected.
