Maldives Dive Centre - Eriyadu - Maldives, Indian Ocean

For your diving holiday to the Maldives, Eriyadu Island dive centre is located at the 4* Eriyadu Island Resort, in North Male Atoll with a surrounding house reef, access to 46 dive sites in the North, a swimming pool, spa, restaurant and bar.  Many of the famous dive sites in the North are easily reached from the island. This is an excellent value island offering a very personal service, place to relax and first class diving facilities.

Location
The centre is located at Eriyadu Island Resort, on the island of Eriyadu in North Male Atoll. The scenic speed boat transfer from Male International Airport is approximately 55 minutes boat ride. The resort has a laid back atmosphere and a range of leisure activities.

Facilities
The centre is surrounded by a beautiful lagoon, an excellent house reef, long stretches of white sandy beach and is close to 45 of the best dives sites in the North. The centre offers daily boat diving, equipment and accessory sales, rental and repair and a complete PADI Instructional Programme.

Diving
The scenic house reef surrounding Eriyadu Island offers diving all day long, with 5 entry points and the majority of the reef formed into a gentley sloping to 30 meters. The reef has corals, over 350 different species of fish, sharks, rays and turtles and is also suitable for snorkelling. Boat dives depart from the centre, which is within proximity of 35 of North Male’s world class dive sites, including coral formations and wrecks. Diving in the Maldives offers a great variety of fish life including schools of rainbow coloured reef fishes, lion-fishes, barracudas, wale sharks, mantas, moray eels, lobsters in small caves, white tip sharks and grey reef sharks. January is a great time to go with the possibility to see Mantas and Whale sharks occasionally.The house reef is one of the very best and surrounds the islands. You can see a superb variety of coral plus there is a wall dive off the eastern edge. The house reef has 5 access points and gently slopes to 30m. The dive centre offer a tank drop off service if required. Diving is available on the house reef from sunrise to sunset and is ideal for snorkeling. Local sightings included ray, batfish and turtles. The dive centre offers a tank drop off service if required. 

Dive Packages
Dive packages include trial dives, daily boat diving and non limit diving. All dives include tank and weights. Free Nitrox is available for Nitrox certified scuba divers. There is also storage for your own equipment.

Dive Courses
Courses for PADI Scuba Diver, Referral Course, Open Water and Advanced Open Water courses. Open water courses include equipment and for PADI OW Advanced is tank and weights only
